What is the relationship between the congregation that identifies itself as A Circle of Friends and The Andrew?

The congregation (A Circle of Friends) owns the building and the property, and will continue to be stewards of this community resource in support of our vision.       

Is The Andrew still a Presbyterian Church?

The Andrew is a building and public community space. The congregation who identify themselves as A Circle of Friends is associated with the Presbyterian Church in Canada. However, The Andrew warmly welcomes events and guests of all backgrounds. The polity of the Presbyterian Church in Canada allows us to manage the building, and head administrators in the denomination applaud the direction we have taken and believe that it could serve as a model for other traditional church buildings.  

The majority of those who participate in A Circle of Friends are those who are committed to a forward looking vision based on curiosity, creativity, and courage.
